Neon Rain was officially created in 1998 with the release of a self-prod tape with recordings from 1992 to 1997. Oriented noise project, Neon Rain deals with end of the world, survivalism, and mankind evil sides. After some primitive efforts between Electro-Industrial and Dark Ambient, Neon Rain is radically oriented to Drone, percussive industrial, noise and pop music, a weird jam between SunnO))), Depeche Mode and Haus Arafna.

4 years after the “We are Meat/The Vultures” album, NEONRAIN is back with a 3 piece album called “...Of The Dead” on
STEELWORK MASCHINE , dedicated to the first zombie trilogy of George A. Romero. Each CD deals with a specific movie and explores different sounds : Noise, Ambient/Drone and Electro-Industrial. David Delwiche (HYTC) is featuring on this album.

A bonus CD (on
Steelkraft Manufactory), “More Of The Dead” deals with the 2nd trilogy in a lo-fi noise folk style.
